Okay, I just met this guy and he seemed really nice and I thought he and I were on the same page with life and school. Now, he joined this community group program with me today, and he tried to kiss me. Now, he has a girlfriend and they have been together for 8 MONTHS. But yet, he tried to kiss me. I told him that I wouldn't kiss him because of his relationship (and then had the nerve 2 say that I was nervous!). Did I do the right thing? and now what should I do? The guy I thought I knew, looks a little bit different now, and I feel really uneasy around him and about this situation...what should I do and did I do the right thing?

My dear girl, you have witnessed what happens when you begin to see a man's personality and not just his looks. You did the right thing. I would suggest not pursuing a relationship with him, as you can see what he thinks of his gf of 8 months.

Absolutely. Don't be the girl that he uses to cheat on his gf with. You deserve better. Also, consider telling his gf what happened. She may be mad at you, hate you, and call you a liar, but when she realizes the truth, she'll be glad she knew immediately rather than believing the lie that he was into her, and that you two may be able to be cordial because it was him that put the moves on you, not the other way around. At the same time, you risk ruining things with him. But if he'll kiss you while he's with someone else, what's to say that if he is in a relationship with you that he won't do the same thing if you were the gf? It may be best to tell him to cool it, and find a guy that likes you and isn't involved with someone else.

Yes, you did the right thing. The guy is a dog if he's trying to kiss you when he's in a relationship. A smart girl like you doesn't deserve to be with someone like him. Tell his girlfriend if you want to, then he will get what he really deserves.

Of course you did the right thing! You were the better person. Now you know not to hook up with this guy if his relationship ends. If he can do that behind his girlfriend's back, he will do it behind yours. Don't believe otherwise.

You can still be cordial and nice, but don't give him the time or day.

Yea you did the right thing.

Now, I would back away, and I think this is the best course of action

However, some people might say, and this depends on what you think, that you should hunt down his girlfriend and tell her.

But that's up too you, and if you want to deal with that drama.

Good luck!

You did the right thing. I really can't understand people who wants to date 2 people at the same time. The best for you would be to forget him as he cheated you by telling you he was single ( I guess he said it ). What you did was the right thing to do.
