You know if they:
-flirt
-smile a lot
-"a little birdy told you"

All you have to do is be open and ask them on a date. You won't die if you get rejected. Hey, maybe they do like you! Just try and see what goes. P.S. LOOK AT MY QUESTIONS!!!!
