My favorite is pasta with basil. I mix some lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon) a couple cloves of minced garlic, some fresh ground pepper and good olive oil (enough to moisten pasta). Pour that over some cooked pasta (any kind will work) and then add chopped fresh basil (the amount is up to you). I also like to add some toasted pine nuts (I buy a big bag at costco and keep it in my freezer) and some grated parmesan cheese. Some sauteed zuchinni and yellow squash would make a great side dish. I also like to have garlic bread with this meal.

microwaved veggies with some sort of leftover protein served over ramens. It takes ten minutes from the moment I start filling the pan with water till I rinse the pan after. The veggies are usually whatever is going to turn soon, which lately has been a lot of greens and some asparagus because it's in season. onions, peppers, spices and shoot for a sixty-forty greens to pasta ratio. You said quick, healthy (no added fat or a teaspoon of olive oil), and easy and this comes out to a big bowl, fork, knife, and rinse a pan. It also keeps me from wasting produce. Lately I've been going for a spicy ginger sauce as the dish appears vaguely asian. Now if you'd said easy, I've been doing roast chickens with a lot of root vegetables lately. The only real work is peeling and tossing it in the oven. I use the beer can method so it's less fatty.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aME3J
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I buy the frozen salmon filets from Sam's Club. I sprinkle a little Old Bay seasoning on the salmon and pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. You will have to try this out to see how your microwave will cook it. I also can only do one filet at a time. I put it on a bed of bagged salad greens. I toss in a asian vinagrette. Makes a great dinner salad. I can put it together in about 10-15 minutes.

Stir Fry is quick and tasty.
I use either skinless bonless chicken breast, sirloin steak or boneless pork chop cut into thin strips. Zesty Italian Salad dressing.
A variety of fresh veggies like brocolli, onion, carrot, mushroom, celery . . . whatever you have on hand.
A sauce made from a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Method:
Heat 1/4 cup Zesty Italian salad dressing in non stick fry pan or wok. Stirfry the meat strips until done and they begin to brown. Remove and keep warm. Add thinly sliced veggies to the pan with a tablespoon of butter for flavor. Stir fry for about 3 to 5 minutes until tender crisp. Return the meat to the pan. Pour sauce mixture over stirring well to coat. Cook 2 minutes until thickened.
Serve with rice or noodles.

Throw some frozen chicken breasts in the oven with some salt, pepper, and garlic at 350 degrees until they're done.
Rub some extra virgin olive oil on some asparagus, season it the same way, and put it in the oven too for the last 15 or 20 minutes.
It's pretty healthy, and it tastes good too!

The absolute fastest?
Beat 6 eggs together.
Heat a non-stick pan and add 2 T oil to the pan. Heat a clove of garlic that has been sliced. Remove the garlic before it burns and discard.
Chop a fresh jalapeno and add to oil. Add eggs and stir occasionally until cooked and a teeny bit gold in places.
Sprinkle with salt, and add a chopped roma tomato. Toss for another minute, then eat with hot corn tortillas and hot salsa.
My husband and I love this. Yummy after a romantic episode ifyouknowwhatImean.
