The Ruger 10/22 is a semi-automatic rifle, chambered in 22 LR rimfire and has a 10 round rotary clip.
What kind of ammo in the 30-06 for boar (I'm assuming boar, not bore) hunting? I handload for the 30-06. I'd probably opt for a 165 grain bullet, probably controlled expansion such as the Remington Core-Lokts or a Nosler Partition bullet if I were hunting for meat. If I were looking for a quick kill and didn't care about meat damage(as in killing wild pigs on a farm to protect crops), I'd probably opt for a 165 gr Sierra HPBT Gameking or more likely a 165 gr or 180 gr Nosler Ballistic tip.
You can find Remington Core-Lokts or Nosler Partitions in factory loads as well. The Nosler Ballistic tips can also be found in factory ammo. I am not aware of any factory loads for the 165 Gr. Sierra HPBT GameKing though.

10/22 takes .22 LR ammo, though Ruger makes a 10/22 in .22 mag that holds nine instead of ten rounds in the rotary mag. I don't know about 'bore' hunting, but 'boar' hunting the 30-06 hunter would be well served with any soft pointed ammo in the 150-220 grain class, depending on the size of the hog, terrain and if dogs were being used or not.

OK Dick, let me see... A Ruger 10/22 is a semi-automatic carbine manufactured by Ruger Arms and chambered for .22 Long Rifle ammo and that is what it takes.
What kind of ammo to use in a .30-06 Springfield (and I'm assuming you mean) for: boar? Small boar anything in .30-06 except the old Remington Accelerator round; 250 to 400+ lbs. boar I would use the 180 to 220 grain bullet except that when I'm exculsively hunting boar I really use either a .350 Remington Magnum or a... .458 Winchester Magnum.

10/22 is chambered for a .22 LR. The "10" comes from the amount of rounds the standard magazine holds.
Considering that I've never seen, or heard, of a "bore" that was huntable, that's a good question. I'm going to go out on a limb here, and assume that you meant "boar", as in a male, wild pig. If that's the case, I would recommend the heaviest grain bullet you can find, chambered, naturally, for the 30-06 that you plan on taking with you.

What to name a rifle that has a rotary magazine holding 10 cartridges of 22LR?
Any bullet loaded into your 30-06, unless it's over 30 caliber (which would be a REAL oops!) will probably make it down the bore of the rifle, but for boar hunting, I load a 165 Nosler partition for my little brother, who likes his 30-06, whereas I'm something of a wierdo, hunting with maybe a dozen centerfire rifles, none of which is thirty caliber. I've killed hogs with a 6mm Rem and a 500BPE, and quite a few in between.

22 cal rimfire fir the 10/22
For the 30-06 its 30 cal amunition and I wouldn't use a 30-06 for boar hunting. You don't need the range and I would prefer a little more knock down power. I'd use a 45-70 with a 300 grain round nose bullet.

I'll play your game. My Ruger 10/22 uses .22 ammo. I prefer the PMC Sidewinders in mine, although one time a squirrel I shot through the head got back up and tried to bite me.
As for the .30/06 for "bore" hunting, I'm going to guess that you can't spell too good and you mean to say boar, as in wild pigs.
I would use my M-14 for that, and it's a .308 semi-automatic, and I would use 150 grain Hornady soft point boat tail bullets( catalog #3033) That I loaded using accurate 2015 powder and Remington 9 1/2 Magnum primers. If I had to use a .30/06 I would load up some of those same Hornady 3033 bullets and blast the little oinkers to hoggy hell, while carrying one of my trusty Glock 10mms in my pocket in case the boar surprized me and got too close.

Ruger 10/22 takes .22 long rifle, and that's boar hunting. Any 30.06 round will kill a boar at 1750 fps. Next?

If you don’t know the answer to this you need to stay home and practice your SPELLING.
You are a Bore!
So it would not take much from a 30-06 I would say 110 Speer Varminter
Would take care of a BORE.

you are an idiot. why would you ask a question like this?
.22 (long rifle, of course) for the 10/22, and .30 cal for the 30-06... boar hunting? I'd imagine you are going to want a slug with some weight to it.
you are an idiot. I can't believe I'm answering this question.
