I need to lose at least 50 pounds and look slimmer by the end of May. Is this possible and how can I do it? I have a very busy schedule and I dont have much time for exercise.... What are the easiest/fastest diets and exercises to make me lose 50 pounds by the end of May?

I am 18 and yes I really do need to lose 50 pounds or more

I actually did the special k diet and ate grilled chicken for lunch with tons of steamed veggies , the cereal for breakfast but made my portions size a little larger than their serving size, and had it for dinner and sugar free jello or popscles for snack. Cleaned all the time cleaning makes you sweat, and i used hydroxycut...not too sure if hydroxycot is what did it or cleaning and sweating did it alone.
With all that said i lost 24 pounds or a spec more doing what i said.
Also try mixing the cereal up a bit too like the strawberry flavor one , one day , then yogurt flavored then blueberry.
Try keeping your body active always and look in the mirror naked before you decide to cheat your diet and ask yourself if that snickers bar is worth the feeling of crap you feel afterwards nevermind that id makes you feel lazy and sluggish when you eat junk.

There is no fast way. Only eating less than you expend will take off weight. Starving yourself will not last--you will eventually go off the deep end and binge. And a "quick" diet is not what it is all about--it just isn't the answer. The answer is changing your diet to eat only foods with high nourishment and fewer calories. Sorry, I would like a miricle to happen to me too. But I lost 55 pounds by eating less, making sure all the food packed a nutritional wallop, and walked an hour a day. It worked for me to take off the 55 pound in about a year, which is 1 pound a week. I used to think it could be done faster but know now that it is not sustainable except for a very short time. Then you go back to your old habits because you are famished. So do it the SMART AND PERMANENT WAY, eat right and exercise, (with your doc's permission) and it will happen. And don't weigh yourself more than 1 x a week or you will get dejected as the first weight loss is water and after that you will have periods where nothing happens but if you keep it up, it will work itself out. I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

If you're really committed try the South Beach Diet. It will teach you about nutrition and you will lose weight while eating really good food. It is even easier now with the food products they offer at the grocery store. You can check out the book at your public library or purchase it whever books are sold in your area. They also have a website...www.southbeachdiet.com.

You can lose weight...maybe not the whole 50 lbs but you'll make a great start at it! Remember, watch your portion sizes and stay away from the "bad" carbs...eat the "good" carbs!

Well, you do whats called road work. Plus number one fat burning thing is to Sprint.but what you do, for as long as you want 10-30 min or even 1 hour, you start jogging then you sprint 10-30 secs or a min even, then jog for recovery then out of nowhere do 10 situps and 10 pushups, get start jogging then sprint when you feel like 10-30 sec or a min. then start jogging, you get the point. It works.Im 14, and i exercise a lot.

you will definitely need to eat healthy and only healthy foods. fruits, veggies, nuts, try to not eat meat only fish... and drink 8 glassses of water. you need to exercise to see those kinds of results. so get walking... running. sorry and lift some weights when possible.
