Basketball... All the way. It makes you want to reach up. Higher.. Higher!
There is no scientific evidence of this, but take my word for it... I've been playing b-ball from 11 to 18 and it really increased my height.

No one in my family is taller than 5'8". But I grew to be 5'10".
Many people will disagree with me, but I owe my height to b-ball, and b-ball only.


Off course genes play a very important role. And most people will tell you that you will never be taller than your genes will allow you. But basketaball sets you in a certain mood where you are PROGRAMMING yourself to be taller. Yuo constantly think about being tall when playing b-ball, because you want to reach for that rim. At least I did. When people think about something all the time, and they want it real bad.. it just might come true. Reach for the stars and believe in yourself. Dont let anyone tell you different.

No sport make you grow taller, just stronger and healthier.

I have a cousin who is relatively short (5'3") at 20, but she's an excellent basketball player.

I think the best sport is basketball because you have to stretch and jump.Thats why you see so many tall basketball players. Also you could do pilates. All the best.

it's all on your genes. all you can do is eat healthy, drink plenty of milk.
