i'm from italy. if you come here to look for work... there is not much work!! but if you have already a work... come here. italian people help foreigner. don' worry for the language.

you need to get a work permit there, what you need to do is look up your Embassy and find out what you need to do to make a move. I've considered it being from the US and all. It's a very long annoying process and finding work isn't as easy as you think. Do some research before doing anything you regret, but best of luck to you. It's a very nice place to be, just as long as you know the laws and learn the way of life, you'll be ok.

u should go to an english speaking university to learn italian and rent an apartment

i know cos i live here, my advice is dont come.italy might be a great place to travel to, great food and all, but living here is another thing, trust me
