I don't know if you're looking for a recipe from scratch. But a really good brownie mix is a brand called "no pudge". All you do is add yogurt to it, and depending on what yogurt you add, the brownies are low fat or even fat free. I was skeptical but they turn out to be the best brownies I've ever had. I'm sure you can add different things to them, nuts, pb, etc. Good luck!

Doesn't adding peanut butter defeat the purpose of low fat sugar? But you can use a standard brownie recipe and use splenda or whatever brand artificial sweetner you use. Maybe use lowfat peanut butter as well, I don't have a recipe handy, but find one w/ peanut butter and just use the sugar substitute.
