It's kind of hard to tell from the pictures, it almost looks wet, is that just the A and E or is your skin moist like that, like weeping? If it's not the A and E I would have it looked at quickly because it could be infected. Did the people who did the tattoo tell you to keep it covered because if so they told you the wrong information. When getting a new tattoo you should let it get as much air as possible, you don't want to keep it too moist and covered up as that cause it to become infected. Also you don’t want to keep it too moist with the A and E, use just enough to keep it moisturized. I haven’t used A and E before but if it has fragrance you should change to a different lotion without any fragrance
If it's just scabby then that's normal and a sign of healing. New tattoos are supposed to scab over within the first few days and then the scab will start to come off (whatever you do DONT pick it, just let the scab come off on it's own). Believe me your tattoo is not coming off.
Like I said though it's hard too tell from those pictures, but it looks infected to me so you might want to have it looked at to be on the safe side

Honey, it not only looks like it's coming off, but it looks a little infected as well. What type of lotion did you use? Lotions have a lot perfumes an other ingredients that would not be safe to use on a fresh tattoo. I would go back to the person who did the tattoo and get their opinion. Make sure it's completely healed first, in case you have to get it done over. Don't wait too long to have it checked out.

first of all that tattoo looks too small to be on a foot because feet generally don't heal as well and the ink bleeds easily. it looks like that has happened a little bit to you. also you should not have been covering it at all other than the initial saran wrap or gause. it is supposed to be completely uncovered for the whole healing process. but the pictures just look like a scab. you do know that it scabs up right? well tattoos form a scab and about 5-10 days after (depending on where on the body and how fast your body heals) the scabs will start to come off. do not scratch or peel off your scabs. leave it alone.

That is not professional quality work. Someone lied to you. The lines are shaky and its crooked as sin.
It looks like you are having a reaction to the ink. It was probably some cheap generic ink. I'm allergic to it too.
ALso, you keep it way too moist for way too long. You only need A&D for a day and then use unscented lotion 3-4 times a day for the rest of the healing time (usually a week to 10 days). You don't need to cover a tattoo for that long either. It is recommended to keep the cover on for the first 12 hours.

Tattooing is by no means a modern practice. Tattoo-bearing Egyptian and Libyan mummies have been found that date back hundreds of years before the time of Christ. Tattooed mummies have also been found in South America. Many of the tattooed images were directly related to the worship of pagan gods. According to researcher Steve Gilbert, “the earliest known tattoo that is a picture of something, rather than an abstract pattern, represents the god Bes. In Egyptian mythology Bes is the lascivious god of revelry.” The Mosaic Law forbade God’s people to tattoo themselves. Said Leviticus 19:28: “You must not make cuts in your flesh for a deceased soul, and you must not put tattoo marking upon yourselves. I am Jehovah.” Pagan worshipers, such as the Egyptians, tattooed the names or symbols of their deities on their breast or arms. By complying with Jehovah’s ban on tattoo markings, the Israelites would stand out as different from other nations. While Christians today are not under the Law of Moses, the prohibition it laid on tattooing is sobering. (Ephesians 2:15) If you are a Christian, you would certainly not want to make markings on your body, even temporarily, that smack of paganism or false worship.

Looks like it was covered too long. Just let it get some air, wash it with mild soap, and put fragrance free lotion on 2 - 3 times a day.

TOO MUCH LOTION. and stop putting anything on it. Leave it alone, dont cover it, and let it breathe. Go see your artist in about 3 days or so if it doesnt dry out and start to look better.
Basically you've slathered it in so much the moisure it has made the scab disintegrate. Also a&d will oxidize your colours and make them look old before their time.

It's not quite healed yet. It can take about 2 - 3 wks for them to heal.
Just keep putting the cream on it. It will start to flake soon.
Try not to be tempted to pick at it. It will come off by itself. Just like when you get a sunburn, the skin will flake when ready.
Very nice tattoo, by the way.

not a pro job. lines are really shaky. color is bad. if your skin rejects the color (the stars look ok) of the moon, don't get it redone. never again keep it covered that long! it can't breathe. i would get a second opinion, then go back and demand your money back.
the foot and hand are hard places to keep tats, because they are most used, etc. if you must get more, find another place, because they ripped you off. it looks like a child picked up a needle and went to town!

It looks like it had scabbed over and the scab is sloughing off.
I'm sure your tattoo is not coming off.
It may be infected... your skin looks a little red in 1 pic and in another it looks like the tattoo is still "weepy" which I would think by now wouldn't be happening anymore.
Good Luck!
