From your diet, or by burning them?

Burning them... well, just adding more walking to your daily routine really helps. That, and getting 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week.

As from cutting them from your diet, you might want to start logging what you eat. Once you have an idea what you are eating, it can become obvious where you are eating too many calories, and it will be easy to decide what to cut.

very easy. You lose calories by living. Breathing burns calories, typing burns calories, even sleeping burns calories. However in order to burn enough calories to lose weight, you must actually do some exercise. Good luck!
