Ok, I had volleyball practice and we practiced for 5 hours.. My legs and Arms hurt Really really bad... It even hurts to walk up the stairs.. And there are alot of stairs around my house and stuff... Do you have any ideas that can help relieve the pain??

run a warm ( or hot which ever you prefer ) bath and put espson salts in the tub. after that then you should consider putting icy-hot on your legs, and roleing a tennis ball on your legs ( to act as a massager ) this should help, and dont forget to strech and rest that is very key. Feel better soon!!!

Stretching. I stretch my legs and ankles to help my with aching ankles. By stretching it build up the muscles around the joints and help relieve the pain. It will take days before you feel the pain go away.

Rub a muscle relaxing oinment, like Ben Gay or Tiger Balm in the affected areas. Then take Advil before bed.

Try Absorbine JR it's pretty good stuff.I think you can get it at Wal Mart or any drug store,hope you get to feeling better soon...

before you play volleyball next time do some stretches and you feel it as much.

just sit and stretch slowly for 10, 15 minutes. that always helps me.
