Can u please tell me how to lose 40 pounds by April 2nd?? Thank you!

I just started losing weight and I lost 10 pounds in 7 days. I am going on 24 hour fasts. I eat a well balanced, healthy dinner about 5:30 or 6 in the evening. I don't eat again until that time the next day. I drink lots of water and some tea with sweet n low. I don't add sugar to anything. I'm not eating any bread either. For dinner I have a lean meat and a green and a yellow vegetable. If I want a little something sweet I have a sugar free Hershey's candy bar (they're the size of the Hershey's miniatures) or some other small piece of sugar free hard candy. When I start to feel hungry during the day I drink water or tea. I try not to drink a humongous amount of tea and I switch to decaf after I've had a couple of cups of regular tea. I also use flavored teas, so I don't get bored with them. An occasional diet soda for a treat also gives my taste buds something to enjoy during the day.

If you find an answer please pass it along to me. Although one thing I can add is I saw a news article recently that many weight loss supplement companies are being sued by the FDA for making false claims about record weight loss. These included Trim Spa, One a Day Weight Smart and a few others. As for fast, short term weight loss the formula is the same...high protein, low carb, lots of aerobic exercise and no sugar. I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Diet and exercise. Be sure to get adequate nutrients or you will harm your body. Lots of aerobic and strength training exercise will be required-and even then you're pushing it; 2-3 lbs/week is considered a healthy,sustainable rate of weight loss.

dont eat anything except salad, when i had to cut weight for werstling i droped 10 pounds in one weekend by only eating salad with out dressing and exercizing like crazy...... dont not eat., you'll lose more weight if u eat somthing because it get ur matabolism moving and helps u burn weight faster. GOOD LUCK

Sounds like u got janet jackson syndrome. DO NOT LET N E ONE TELL U THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. u just cant fall off for one day except one cheat day. i think the best solution is bodyforlife.com, do the challenge which consists of 12 weeks, u'll work that miracle. tosca reno has a new book coming out called the eat-clean diet, i cant wait to get my hands on it.

I would start by getting away from your computer and exercise a lot. Drink plenty of water, and eat nutritous foods.
