Don't try to change your habits all at once. It takes time. I know what you're feeling. I was 160 at 14 years old. What you need to do is make changes over time. I know you want to lose weight quickly, but I promise the weight will start coming off if you make more smal changes.

1. When you get up in the morning, before doing anything else, drink 4 cups of water (32 oz). This will help you begin to cleanse yourself at the start of the day and keep you from eating a lot.
2. once you're dressed and everything, have a good sized breakfast. many people eat small breakfasts and then have large lunches or dinners. That's the wrong way to do it. Have a large breakfast-- you'll burn off the calories throughout the day and be less hungry once lunch comes around.
3. Make sure you're drinking 8 or more glasses of water and instead of soda or regular juice, have juice high in anti-oxidants from vegetables and fruits like V8 Splash (they're GOOD, I promise!).
4. Eat more tofu. It's high in protein. I hated tofu when I first had it when I was a teenager, but now I eat it all the time-- more than chicken, beef, or any other meat put together. I cook it like I would chicken or in stir fry.
4. Take a multi-vitamin everyday. I like GNC's Women's Ultra Mega Vitamins. They have every vitamin a woman needs, including Green Tea extract and a couple others that help increase your metabolism. I usually take them after I eat a large meal (breakfast!) because they're really strong and I'll end up hungry if I eat them after a small meal. They also make my nails and hair grow really well.
5. Try varying your exercise habits. Jogging is good, but sometimes your body needs a kickstart and a new work-out regimen can do that.

Try and add one of these things over a 2-3 week period. Do one and once that's become a habit or you've learned to remember it, add another thing.

Let me know if you want more tips.

Okay, you need to develop healthy habits. The first is to get regular exercise (at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week), and the second is to get a healthy diet in place.

You should be eating 5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables, 2-3 servings of lean meat (in your case, protein), 2-3 servings of low-fat dairy, and 6-11 servings of fiber-rich carbojydrates, which will help you get the 25g of fiber you need in the day. Another thing - just switch out pop for water - you'd be amazed how many calories that will save.

Almost everyone can use a little help with their diet and exercise habits. Even if you don't lose weight, you will be developing healthy habits that will keep you in shape when you reach adulthood.

Try to excerise more often, and instead of eating junk food try eatting a salad, or healthy snack bars (there are different kinds so just because you might not like one doesn't mean you won't like different one). Also watch what you eat, during dinner try not to go for secounds, eat more fruit in your during the day like for little snacks or the health bars because they also might hold your craving for food for lil while but still give your body the vitamins you need.

the best thing is not to have any junk food around. dont keep any processed/unhealthy foods in your house--only fresh fruit and veg, breads, cheese, eggs etc. if the only food you have is healthy, you will lose weight and you wont be tempted by the junk. trust me--we never have junk food in our house, when i want cookies i have to bake them myself, and my friend says that if he lived in my house he would lose so much weight
