I have the same mirrors! Here's how I did it. I was wondering how to hang them myself. I ended up ditching the screws and the string and I used double-sided tape at the back. Don't get the clear kind, use the more foam-looking white kind. Put about two inches on each side and it will stick to the wall securely.

Your best bet, is to go to home depot or ace hardware and buy a set of heavy duty picture hangers. These will be much stronger then a nail or a couple of screws in the wall.
There should be 2 predrilled holes, if not, measure equal distance down the sides and drill 2 small holes, with a pair of pliers screw in the eye screw all the way without stripping. the wire included should be wrapped at least ten times around its self around one eye screw. Feed the wire back and forth through both eye screws until you almost run out of wire. Then wind the end around all wires at one end until you run out.
The guy who has a mirror fall will know why you use ALL the wire.
That's it, then hang the mirror on the wall.

I know that this is probably not what you are looking for, but I want to STRONGLY ADVISE you to never buy anything from IKEA.

My family bought many things from this company, and every time I had to assemble, mount, etc. IKEA's manuals are poorly written, and their merchandise is usually very hard to assemble/mound due to a very poor design. Apparently the manufacturer does not care if the consumer will be able to assemble whatever he/she buys. It seems they expect you to figure everything out by hours of torturing yourself + trial and error.

Believe me, I know what I am talking about. I am actually quite good with various handywork including assembly, and of course I was able to solve my IKEA problems too, but I personally would never buy anything from them again.

As for your assembly, my advice is this:

Imagine the most illogical, irrational, ridiculous way to hang this mirror and to use the provided mounting materials... Chances are, this is exactly what you were supposed to do in the first place. It's always the case with IKEA. ;)

To hang these mirrors simply take the screws that came with them and screw at top and use nail to hold up.
