Milk bones.... cleans the teeth and freshens breath... also they make doggy mints..... and other treats to help... if those dont work he may have a bacterial infection.... nothing serious but it does cause stinky breath.... and your vet will give you antibiotics and some type of stuff to squirt in there mouth.... it kinda like doggy tooth paste!!! One of my puppy's had stinky breath!!!
good luck!!!

Tic tacs contain an ingredient that is harmful for dogs.

All the dog's we've "tested" them on love 'em!!!

There are several things that can cause bad breath. Without finding and treating the underlying cause, there's really not anything you can do about it. It would be best to take the dog to the vet to find out what the problem is. Some possibilities include tooth decay, gum disease, intestinal worms, food allergies, illness, etc. Dogs don't have bad breath from "cleaning" themselves.

Try crushing some cloves (yes, the spice) in amongst the dog food he eats. Just give him a little bit of food first with it. So you can be certain he eats it. This was a remedy from a Doctor friend of mine. Hope it works for you.

have you tried giving him those doggy breath biscuits, or some of those bones that help their teeth and breath(read the labels) they generally tell you. but most dogs need their teeth brushed at least 1-2 every month, just try brushing his teeth, or go out and buy that breath stuff you can add to his water bowl! it should help some

Put some cream cheese or peanut butter on a spoon and dip it in fresh chopped parsley. Then let the dog lick it! Works really well and dogs love it.

Most likely, your dog needs his teeth cleaned by the vet. If his breath is horrendous, then he's got an infection & if left untreated it can travel to his brain and stomach and cause all sorts of health problems...just like in humans.
If your dog gets his teeth cleaned regularly, and you brush his teeth at home....he may be eating poo and you can buy stuff to add to his food to get him to stop.
Or you can add a small amount of mouthwash (SCOPE, not listerine) to his water.
But I'd get him to the vet.

Greenies. We get our dog greenies and it really makes her breath much better.
Now, that being said, if you give your dog greenies and he STILL has horrible breath, take him to the vet. He might have some sort of dental problem causing it.
