Is there a time of the day certain vitamins are to be taken?
For example, is it better to take a multi-vitamin before sleep, or in the morning?
Which foods absorb which vitamins better? (the water vs. fat soluble)
Currently, I take a simple multi-vitamin, Omega 3-6-9, E, and a B complex.
thank you!

Best way is from food. Majority of supplement tablets are not well absorbed in the body and just give you expensive urine. However, powdered forms of mult-vitamins or effervescent, vitamin tablets that you dissolve in water are better absorbed. If you are going to take mutli-vitamin supplements, it's best to take them together with food and in the late hours of the morning(aroudn 9.30am to 11 am) when your body's metabolism is highest.
