i dont understand why some ask and answer with the most childish things i am seriously curious if they are just joking or are they that foolish

It's a 50/50 blindsighted judgement because of the difficulty intertreting one's words without their usual vocal or other bodily cues. Use your best judgement. Most people are serious, others sarcastic. Then there's just the people out there who are plain idiots. They leave the stupid responses. You know? The ones that are NO HELP and often lead in STRANGE DIRECTIONS. Anyways that's the best advice I can offer.

All types of people participate here, and anonymity seems to bring out the latent "class clown" in a lot of folks. Some genuinely think that they're being funny, and I really do wonder if they don't know how silly they look.
And some apparently don't care, either. They're either out to shock or annoy other people, and if they can get someone angry, they consider their work done.
Fortunately, there are still plenty of intelligent people who take the time to answer a question thoroughly. Those are the folks that I respect and whose answers I take seriously.

Understand many of these people were abused as children and told things about a God that can best be described as a psychopathic monster.
A judgmental punishing sideshow freak who would torture people for eternity for not bowing and worshiping it. Is it really any wonder they have retained this childish thought frame and brought it into adulthood with them.
They need our love and compassion, not our judgment.
