does anyone kno a diet rountine or a way to lose weight??

Diet and exercise is THE only way. You need to make sure that you are eating enough calories and getting a well-balanced diet while dieting (it's counter-intuitive, but really, you need to be eating enough calories to fuel your activity level).

For me, I did sparkpeople, and I started a running regimen, mainly because I'm cheap and both of these are free. It's really up to you. Just make sure that it is a routine that you are willing to do for the rest of your life or else the weight will come right back.

It's better to change your thinking about what you eat. Diets don't work, in the long run. My husband and I became vegetarians six months ago and we have both lost weight. He lost 10 pounds in the first two months. I've lost one pants size, from a 9 (tight) to a 7 (loose). Becoming vegetarians makes you think more about what you are eating to make sure you are getting proper nutrician. Meat stays in your body longer and is harder to digest. A vegetarian diet increases your metabolism and is better for your body and spirit. It's funny, I get to eat a lot more yummy food, yet I'm loosing weight. Enjoy your food!

Start dieting right, and exersizing.

A good program that can help you get on track is weight watchers.
