In my opinion, Mrs. Field. My sister used to work there and she would bring home cookies every night!

Niether - Home made all the way.
I've worked for Mrs. Field, Great American Cookie Company, and the Original Cookie Company - was mgmt in 2 of the 3. The best place was the Original, but they were squashed out by Mrs. Field's and GACC.
The best cookie was Orig. sugar with M&Ms - about 5 min out of the oven. Most people didn't get them this fresh - one of the perks of working for them. But they were the only company whos cookies didn't have a chemical taste to them.
