You say he has no hip or leg problems...has he been x-rayed and scored as far as the amount of hip/elbow dysplasia he has or does not have? Saints also can have ectropion/entropion...does he have that? Heart problems or seizures...does he have that? How about his ancestors? You have to look back at least 2-3 generations into the genetics. Breeding a dog takes careful consideration and research. I love my Saints, they are beautiful, smart, structurally sound, healthy. I have had Saints since 1994. However, I leave the breeding to those people who are more knowledgeable than I am in that matter.

we have a six year old saint bernard named Molly Maples :). other cute names: marshmallow...molly loves them.
