The type of "bag shower" this user is talking about is not for camp. I don't believe campers are looking for "weight loss," now are they?
He is asking this question from a wrestler's point of view. Why would a wrestler be taking a "bag shower?" What IS a "bag shower." A bag shower is a very dangerous form of weight loss. It is FORCED DEHYDRATION and highly dangerous. The wrestler (athlete, person in general) wears a bag over his/her body and excersizes incessantly (or showers) to bring up their body heat and force his/herself to sweat. This forced sweating causes a dramatic loss in water weight and body weight in general. In turn, the user of this method becomes dehydrated. It's so dangerous that it's a risk to a person's life.

I don't know about the weight-loss thing but I have a bag shower in my camping gear. You hang it in a tree or something and you shower under it.

Anything in a bag that suppost to make you lose weight doesn't work. No pills and its called EXCERSIZE !!!! Pills are dangerous, or try not eating as much you HIPPO
