i need to be in shape for summer this yr i have been holdin it of for 2 yrs im not happy with my body & wish to make a change for myself to be a better person & be able to wear the things i wanna wear.

Do some jogging at least 3 times a week. Hit the gym a couple a times for the week, to get that metobolism going. Dont forget to eat right, at least three meals in rationable proportions. Drink a lot of fluids through the day.
If you are serious, you can do it but there are no short cuts. Experiment with different routines and see what works for you because nobody is the same. When got that just stick with it and push yourself a little harder each day. I've seen people lose weight by just doing push ups and crunches. Its all about determination.
