i'm a girl, so when i flirty, i have a very bubbly personality. Not ditzy, because most guys get turned off by that these days. i poke fun at the guy a lot, and use "Loser" "dork" or "jerk" a lot when talking to him. I whine a lot when I know they are just kidding, and always say "shut up." "that's mean" "i'm never talkin to you again" I don't normally get physical, when flirting, but occasionally will like touch their arm or shoulder when tlaking. Oh and I always ask for a hug when I leave.
