Do you think that there may be a small group of adults in the world who are still like pure and innocent children and yet are not lacking in mature wisdom? Those who live a long time without becoming blind?

I THINK IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU MEAN BY INNOCENT AND WHAT AGE A PERSON CAN LOSE IT. ETC. A BLIND PERSON MIGHT HAVE A BETTER SHOT AT BEING INNOCENT AND EVEN HAVE MORE MATURE WISDOM THAN MANY OF US. I NEVER THOUGHT OF IT BEFORE BUT I THINK THIS WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE IF EVERYONE WAS BLIND.

it impossbile the bible clearly states that Romans 3:23 ALL have SINNED and fallen short of the glory of God. The only person who is truly perfect is God himself even children are not innocent, but we become pure when we are forgivin of our sins which the debt was paid when Jesus died on the cross For our sins there was no other way to pay the price

There are plenty of developmentally deficient adults that are "innocent" as far as man is concerned, but all people of all ages carry original sin in their hearts and stand in need of a Savior. Do not think that anyone of his or her own abilities -- or in abilities, for that matter -- "deserves" Heaven on their own merit. The Bible does not support this, and neither do I.

There is no such thing as an innocent person.

Psalm 51:5
Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

Romans 3
9What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin; 10As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one

Ephesians 2
1And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; 2Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: 3Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

That is something to think about. But all have sinned, so at least some innocence has been lost.

Ignorance of the Law is no excuse.

A man's heart tells him when he is wrong and the adult heart has gone through puberty and with enough experience to query or to seek.

No, no one is without sin, because living life makes you sinful through your actions and choices.
