Yes. Partition about half the drive for Windows. Install Windows first. Next install Linux. Use the Linux setup program to partition and format the remaining space on the hard disk.
Linux will install a bootloader that will display options to start MS Windows or Linux.

Yes u can but u need to learn how to partition ur drive first. I would recommend that u boot from cd and run it that way for a while before u decide to install. There are many flavors of Linux and u need 2 find the 1 that fits u best b4 install

Yeap. Install Windows first, but be sure to leave a partition that you'll use for the linux install...
Actually, I would install Windows and then download Virtual PC 2004 from microsoft for free and install Linux in there!

Yes, and you can have all 23 remaining drive letters for partitions with different OSes on them.
More:
1. bootloader menu is included in the 310 Linux LiveCDroms
at http://livecdlist.com
2. Grub or Lilo bootloaders are also in all the GNU/Linux distros at http://distrowatch.com
My preference for this multi-boot system is http://pclinuxos.com that comes with 1900 FREE games and programs.
