Milk, in moderation, is healthy. It contains protien, calcium, vitamin D, etc.

Fructose: known as fruit sugar. Most plants contain fructose, especially fruits and saps.

Lactose: commonly known as milk sugar. It is the principal carbohydrate found in milk.

sugar is sugar.......eating more calories than you burn makes you fat................you can eat 1200-1500 calories a day in carrots, sugar, potatoes, celery.....a calorie is a calorie....
