somebody might be referring to the "bike short" style of boxers men wear
they are like jockey shorts but with legs

I have heard the storage compartment in a vehicle that is in front of the front passenger seat in the dashboard called the jockeybox. Only thing I know.

it's the storage compartment located at the back and bottom of the sleeper on a semi, usually it's the area underneath the bed, but accesable from outside on both sides of the truck.
