Well, let's see, each of them would have two distinct relationships:

Your mom would still be her mom's daughter, but in addition to being daugher-in-law to your dad's dad, she would also become his stepdaughter.

Your dad would still be his dad's son, but in addition to being son-in-law to your mom's mom, he would also become her stepson.

And in addition to your mom and dad being husband and wife, they would be step-siblings.
