In love and loving someone are two different things. In love is romantic, the kind of love you have for a signifigant other. Loving someone could be friendly love or brotherly/sisterly love. Have you thought maybe your friend cant make up her mind ? That happens a lot.

From experience in love is when you both cant be away from each other and when you are you talk on the phone constantly and cant seem to get enough of them just love is when you have butterflies in your stomach when you see them and you talk occasionly but not very often

the meaning is. you fall in love with someone and they are your world. you dont wanna live without them. but love is when the relationship has changed. she loves him like a brother / sister, friend. cares for him, but not in that way. i had that with my ex-husband, and it's actually ok staying that way as a friend, but if someone who is your friend wants to have sex with you all the time. you want to leave.

When you're "In love," you put the other person's happiness above your own. Making the other person happy makes you happy. "Loving" someone is generally caring about them. I "love" my friends, but in the end I make myself happy, not them making me happy.

if you love someone it jus means you care about them alot. but if your in love that means that they are basically your world..you dont just care about them you want to be with them every second and all that good stuff

you love ur mother, father, brother, sister...your in love with your wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, girlfriend. The love she feels for him now is a platonic familial love not a sexual/intimate/passionate/lustful love.

she probably loves him for who he is. like his personality, looks, ect. but just because she likes him still as a person.... doesn't mean she loves him as a bf. think: your guy friends - you love 'em like great pals (because of who they are) but you don't love them like bf & gf.

i'm not sure if this will help, but how 'bout this?: you love me but you're not in love with me.
