like i know that the human body only needs x amount of blood but what if that person got more blood put into them what would happen? and what would your body do with the left over blood i didnt need?

If you have too much fluid it will cause swelling. I'm guessing it would be in the lower body and abdomen. The kidneys would restore equilibrium if the blood was not drained (drawn) off.

nothing. ur body would filter out the liquid extras through the kidneys and urinate it out. Blood, as with most everything else in the body, is mostly water. Extra red blood cells would likely just die.

Your liver would destroy the cells and you'd pee off the excess water volume.
