What does your insurance have to do with your fiancee?
Is this some fancy name for Medicaid? If you're on welfare you're not going to be allowed to sponsor an immigrant if you can't take care of yourself.

The ok-a million visa is a one time use purely visa. After the embassy themes the visa it has a six month validity. meaning they have six months to get to the united states. as quickly as the fiance is composed of the united states, they have ninety days from the day of get right of entry to to marry.

I hear that before one of my inmigration teachers was telling me this about fiance Visa you can apply for it but you need to proof that you can afford his living here in the US well I meant to say have good money...That come from an inmigration attorney that have experience and that works for a law firm in the New York office from here....
