I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I lost 25 lbs in 2 weeks when i went through my divorce so far depression has been the only thing that works for me. But just getting active walk, jog, sit ups should help and eating less bread pasta fats fried foods.

ok well im 5'2 and im a size 3 i was a size 9 it took me it took me about like 6 month and iam still trying to lose some wight i want to fit in a size 00 so what you should do is only eat once a day and run more too more sit-ups push-ups and make sure drink allots of water

excerise on a bike and eat healthy i want to lose weight to i am the same height and i weigh 115 but anyways u should eat lots of apples walk and probably about 3 monthes to lose that much

Running. Also gaining a little muscle mass burns fat faster. Go to Health.yahoo.com. They have 100 ways to loose weight.

Do an exercise you enjoy to some degree or you won't stick with it.
Eat what you like, but small portions.
Don't worry about how long it will take, it will be slow.

you may want to enroll in a gym and request for a trainer to help you.. you can also consult a nutritionist for the right diet..

Weight Watchers works good.
