I've never made it from scratch & would like to try. Any recipes would be appreciated. Thank you !

I cook 3-4 large chicken breasts that have been skinned and boned. After they are cooked I cut the chicken into chunks, add to a large pot with diced carrots, celery, and lots of chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook about 15-20 minutes (till the carrots and celery are starting to get tender, add a package of no yoke noodles and salt to pepper to taste. Cook until the noodles are tender. Yummy.

Italian Chicken with Noodles

Ingredients

(4 servings)

2 Chicken Breast
1/2 ts Oregano
1/8 ts Pepper
1 Onion,chopped
4 oz Mozzarella cheese
1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Margarine
1 c Chicken broth
8 oz Egg noodles


Instructions

Debone, skin and split the chicken breast in half. Cut the meat into 2x1/4 inch strips. Sprinkle with lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Melt margarine in pan add chicken and onion. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add chicken broth, reduce heat, cover and cook 10 minutes longer. Add cheese, cover and cook until melted. Serve over hot noodles.

1 can (14.5 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup fine egg noodles
1 carrot, coarsely grated
4 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (1 cup)
1 scallion, thinly sliced
Coarse salt and ground pepper

In a small saucepan, bring chicken broth and 1/4 cup water to a boil. Add garlic and noodles. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Add carrot and chicken; simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in scallion. Season with salt and pepper.

BOIL SOME CHICKEN FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS TAKE THE CHICKEN OUT AND PICK IT ALL OFF THE BONES AND PUT IT BACK IN YOUR PAN NOW ADD CHUNKS OF CARROTS CELERY AND ONIONS BOIL THAT TILL ITS COOKED NOW ADD YOUR NOODLES ANY WILL DO (NO YOLKS EGG NOODLES WORK WELL) ADD LOTS OF SALT AND PEPPER OR TO YOUR LIKING
