I work in a hospital, and it could be a swollen lymph node or gland. I had a friend just have a mass removed from his neck, which turned out NOT to be cancer, but I would definitely go to your doctor and have it checked out. It's never a good idea to play around with your health. Don't take it lightly. Hopefully, it will just be something minor, but good luck and the best of health to you. :)

I think it could be a trip to your doctor to see whats going on. Chances are it isn't anything major but best to check just in case. Could be something as simple as your glands swollen cuz you're fighting an infection...who really knows? Your doc will have to give the final word. Good Luck!

An Inflamed gland or any number of other things. Make an appointment with your doctor.

Tonsilitis, mononucleosus, any sort of infection.
