I am 5'6" and I weigh about 115 pounds and I want to lose weight. I want to be about 105 pounds so how do I lose about 10 pounds and approximately how long does it take?? Please help me out I am overweight. I want to be 105

You are at the perfect weight, maybe you could even gain a few . Just avoid sugar and eat real healthy, and be active.

First of all, never NEVER think about becoming bulimic or anerexic. I am bulimic myself and I wish i would have never went down that path.
When i stop, i gain weight again, so it's a bad idea. I say you should try exercing when you get up in the morning. So wake up a half an hour earlier than normal and do situps, or juming jacks or whatever as long as you exercise! Then, count the amount of calories you eat a day, so lets say you eat 2000 calories a day, then cut it down to 1500. This should help a lot. also, cut out drinks like sodas and juice.Instead, Drink water, or diet pepsi or diet sodas. If this doesn't help, then you can try jogging three times a week. But you know, you should accept yourself for who you are, but if you really feel the need to lose weight then go for it. Just be smart about it.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Drink a lot of ice water - it fills you up, clears up your skin, and increases your metabolism.
Count calories - try to stay under 1500 but no lower than 1200.
Burn 1000 more calories than you eat in 8 days - you'll lose two pounds a week.
Don't drink diet sodas - they cause cellulite.
Exercise in the morning - studies show you'll lose three times the fat.
Take a brisk walk before or after dinner - your metabolism slows at night and this will kick start it so dinner doesn't get stored as fat.

Well, all you need to do is eat healthy and exercise if you do this your body will find the weight IT wants to be.
Unless you are under 13 I suggest not weigh any less than you do now. And if you are under 13 then you should not worry about your weight because your body needs to develop properly first.

At 5'6" and 115 lbs you are NOT overweight!! Talk to your GYN about it. She can best advise you. Why do you want to be 105? You'll look like a Dachau concentration camp survivor!

According to Body Mass Index, you are not overweight.

I once weighed what you are, and I looked great. Don't worry about it. You won't feel well physically if you lose too much weight.

See a doctor to see what a healthy weight is for your height and frame. Good luck!

UM ur deffinetly not overwieght
but if u want to tone up a bit u should excersize the littlest bit helps
cut out the fat in ur diet too
dont go drastic with pills and stuff

Thats easy. Just every time you eat dinner eat something healty like a apple or a yogurt. Exercise. if you cant afford to go to the gym watch the exercise commercial. it helps.

look my best Friend and i lost alot of weight, trust me no more then 20 carbs a day' lots of water and walk 30 mins a day!g-luck
