the past is passed. Live now, and you do not have to think about your ex.

This seems to be a common question. I suppose you can take some comfort in the fact you're not alone with the problem. My suggestion is to go inside yourself, learn about who you are, and learn to accept yourself as you are without judgment. This is important because many times, thinking about our ex we might blame ourselves for the breakup. Not true. You ALWAYS did the best you could. You may have been on the receiving end of a "dump" or you may have been the dumpor...either way, if you didn't want to keep the relationship, either consciously or unconsciously, it fell apart. Now consider whether you are better off without the ex. After all, if he/she no longer wanted you, then they obviously have no common sense, no judgment, no discrimination. Since we know you are the best and most wonderful person in the world, anybody who doesn't recognize that isn't worth spending time on. So get on with your life and remember, the next time you will make a choice based on honoring yourself.

Get busy. Hang out with friends, get involved in school, community, etc. Take up projects and do things that you've always wanted to do. Enjoy the fact that you're single and free to do whatever you want, and answer to noone (except parents if you're under 18). He's just a guy, he wasn't the right one, and there are plenty more out there.

u cant. life is all about how we dealt with things going forward on how we will deal with things. Just realize the time with your ex is just a small portion of your life, remember it but dont dwell on it and live out the rest of our life...otherwise pray for alzheimers;)

Get a new one. You can also do things to keep yourself busy all the time. How about not go anywhere and do what your parents asked you to help them with.

Find youself a guy that gets your mind off of him. If that seems out of reach at this point, then I suggest finding some hobbies you enjoy and keeping yourself busy.

Move on with your life. It may take a while, but the hurt will eventually start to fade.

make yourself busy so that you can divert your attention to other things rather than to your ex..
But i must warn you,, getting over someone and forgetting about him/her is not that easy.. especially if you really love him.. it takes time for wounds to heal..
