No dear, a dermatologist. Neurologists are for brains and nerve endings... unless you mean a psychologist, beacuse you think it's all in your head.. shingles can be very painfull and hard to get rid of without treatment. Call a dermatologist.

stress is the lead cause of shingles, sound like you need Jesus! and turn some of your problems over to him. if you have this much stress in your life you worry too much about the simple things, let go and focus on the big picture. If i could give you any advice that i would believe would change your life it would be to 1st and foremost: Live Life One Day at a Time!!!!! Don't worry about Tommorow because Tommorow has enough trouble in it's self!!!!!!

You definitely need to see someone. I'm surprised your physician hasn't sent you to someone. I thought you were immune after one attack, but evidently it just stays dormant in the nervous system. It can cause blindness and there are more antivirals than before so get some advice from a knowledgeable source.
You probably have to be referred to a neurologist by a doctor.

Since you didn't mention taking prescribed Drugs for the first time around, I'll tell you this.
Unless you had proper Meds to fully clear up your condition, it is still ongoing or you are still under the same duress that reactivates shingles.
You can also experience reoccurring pains with changes of weather for the rest of your life.
