I have to go... = Tengo que ir...
e.g.
I have to go to school = Tengo que ir a la escuela
I can't go to the party, i have to go with my parents to... = No puedo ir a la fiesta, tengo que ir con mis papás a...

I have to go as in i gotta go [farewell] = Tengo que irme or Me tengo que ir

I have to go, see you later. = Tengo que irme, nos vemos luego
I can't stay, i really have to go. = No puedo quedarme, realmente tengo que irme.

"Tengo que irme" if you are in a place with somedody and want to indicate thet you have to leave.

"Tengo que ir" if you are indicating that you heve to go to a diferent place in which you are. Tengo que ir a la escuela" I have to go to the school.

"Tengo que ir" is how you say "I have to go" in spanish.

Its really tengo que ir. Tengo= i have, que=to, ir=to go (infinitve used here)
