My ex boyfriend owes me $5000 in child support. I do have court ordered child support. Problem is I never received his income tax return last year. The child support agency says there is no way to find out if the irs goofed and gave his refund to him instead of sending to the child support agency. I know there has to be some way of finding out. Please help.

Go to a welfare office--seems they can check every agency just by social security numbers.

It's possible that he didn't have a refund coming - not everyone does. But ask your domestic relations court to try to find out - you can't do it on your own.

since you called him your son's father and not your husband, then you have no legal right to see or know anything about his tax return just as he has no right to see yours. instead of sitting around stressed out hoping he gives you money, why don't you go out there and make something of yourself and make him wish he never knocked you up and left you to fend for yourself
