I've consulted a lot of books in the last two minutes to answer this question. You are making the big assumption that he would not take public transportation, which I think he would. I will have to say a train car.

He'd drive a semi-truck, it's ethical, runs on renewable energy, and is the symbol of Christianity.

A pimped out (to the max) Hybrid, with a Playstation 3 in his trunk (because Jesus is a gamer himself), dual 2.0 subwoofer with ultra bass on his dash to bump his latest jams (yes, he's something of a recording artist himself), no backseat because when you ride with Jesus, you ride with him on your side and alone because no one can go with you but him, and finally dual-tracked thick tires for when Jesus visits shelters to bless them.

He's an easygoing Jesus.

I really think Jesus would be the more conservative and respectful than to drive an automobile. He would walk, take public transportation, or ride a bicycle.

A white Chrysler Crossfire ... the car is a cooperateive effort between Chrysler (American) and Mercedes (German). See ... we can all get along. The white because of all of the white light stuff ... and obviously the name contains the word "cross".

He'd drive the Mercedes Benz that he didn't give to Janis Joplin. Are you old enough to remember that song by her? "Oh Lord, won't you buy me a Mercedes Benz? My friends all drive Porches, I must make amends. Worked hard all my life, no help from my friends. So Lord won't you buy me a Mercedes Benz?"
The second verse goes:
"Oh Lord won't you buy me a color TV. Dialing For Dollars is trying to find me. Worked hard all my life, got nothing for free. So Lord won't you buy me a color TV?"
