I have, but contrary to popular belief, Tony Jaa does NOT do Muay Thai. What he does do, though, is the martial arts for which the basis of the SPORT of Muay Thai is drawn: Muay Boran.

He is a great athlete, and an exceptional acrobat. I have read about rumors that Jaa is to star with Jackie Chan in "Drunken Master 3", in which Chan plays the master and Jaa will be the up and comer. I hope Chan teaches him some English!

Ong Bak is a great flick. Very entertaining.

Ong-bak is an awesome movie. Tony Jaa is just awesome. I dont think there is a martial arts performer out there today that can touch him or his skills. Bruce Lee will always be the best. I think he is more talented and more of an athelete than both Jet Li and Jackie Chan. I wouldnt go so far as calling Onk-bak the best martial arts movie out there but it is one of my favorites that is for sure. I just recently saw "The Protector" and think that is better than Ong-bak. I think his movies just keep getting better and better. The action along with his knees and elbows is just phenomenol. I am a huge fan of Muay Thai and I do practice it so my answer may be a little biased but oh well. I love to voice my opinion. I will have to check out "Tom Sang Goong" and "Unleashed" for I have never seen either.

Ong-Bak is definitely "one" of the best martial arts movies out there. Enter the Dragon would be on top of my list. I vote for ones that don't really use CG or cables to do their tricks. Tony Jaa in Ong-Bak proved that to be possible. He is probably a great martial artist/movie action star at this point in time. Just as Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan were/still is at their time. Tom Yum Gong (spelling) or "The Protector" also has great fight/action scenes...which also stars Tony Jaa. The guy just puts a great example of traditional Muay Thai out there, for people to see.

Yes, I have seen it. I have also seen Tony Jaa's other movie, "The Protector." Personally, I didn't think it was the best martial arts movie I've seen.

Anyway, it was a bit unrealistic that he was fighting 20 people at the same time (in the movie "The Protector"). In real life humans aren't that ignorant. They know that working together will bring a man down. They wouldn't just attack one at a time. Also, the fight scenes just didn't make sense.

I can't ignore the fact that he is talented, however, I've noticed that his movies are a little...hmm. Won't say, I'll just be criticized for my opinion. Oh well...=)

I've seen most of it... every copy I've ever found has been terrible. But yes it's a good film, although I must say I think Unleased tops it in the Martial Arts films, as well as Tom Sam Goong, which is another Muay Thai film (it actually means Prawn Thai Soup, the title, but it's a good film) Do you do Muay Thai?

Ong Bak was a good film, though...I believe that it carried much more relation to Krabi Krabong than it did Muay Thai.

Tony Jaa's new film "the Protector" is much better. The choreography isn't as much over the top, and the simplicity of what he does in that film is infinitely better. It's much more believeable.

"Unleashed" was good for the 'whatever works' fighting the Jet Li displayed.

I like most of them, even Segal movies. though I dont believe much of what I see, knowing its movieland lets me appreciate the choreography
