Don't sign the birth certificate. It's offered in the hospital. If she claims you are the father she shouldn't have any reason to deny you the DNA test.

If she claims you are NOT the father or are denying you rights.. petition the court for a DNA test.

There is NOTHING wrong with wanting to be sure the child is yours. It's not even a trust issue really... a man has to take someone's word on the paternity of a child while a woman KNOWS it is hers.

If you ever get the baby alone, take it to get a test. They can tell you whether or not it's yours w/o her DNA. They can just compare you and the baby. I know I guy that did this (turns out it WAS his).

You have to go to the district attorny and go through the courts kinds like if a woman wants one but the guy one give her one

You could always hire an attorney to try to get a court order to force her to have one.

come on man, what would you do if you found out it wasnt yours? i dont know the curcamstances but i am guessing you think she cheated on you? regardless she wants you to be its dad, what would you do if the test proved you where not the bio father? run away? great that will solve everything and realy help the baby out!

if the girl don't want one be weary because that don't sound right if she has nothing to hide than she would not have a problem doin it
