I made veal parmigiana for dinner, and there is a ton left over. I am going away for the week so instead of throwing it out I want to freeze it for when I get back.

Freeze them in individual portions with your favorite pasta and voila!! You have easy take and go lunches to avoid gross and greasy takeout!! Making extra is a great way to have lunches ready to go without the time consuming prep work!

You can freeze them. If frozen for a long time you may need to add some more spice to the sauce.
