I made veal parmigiana for dinner, and there is a ton left over. I am going away for the week so instead of throwing it out I want to freeze it for when I get back.

Freeze them in individual portions with your favorite pasta and voila!! You have easy take and go lunches to avoid gross and greasy takeout!! Making extra is a great way to have lunches ready to go without the time consuming prep work!

You can freeze them. If frozen for a long time you may need to add some more spice to the sauce.

Of course you can. Put it away in single to three servings each. It makes it easier when you want to heat it up at another time.
