She's 21. Shes no lie dating a 15 year old. Im 16. I wouldnt even date a 15 year old. They barely hit puberty. She hangs out with my ex bff... which is my age as well. She works at a place where she only makes like 120 dollars. She doesnt go to collage. She lets people take advantage of her..a and she lets them control her. She has slept with almost all of my guy friends which by the way is my age (around 17-19)... she doesnt have checks, she doesnt save her money.. and she parties like every weekend. I think she needs to grow up, but she wont listen to me,, or nobody. I honestly act older than her. She looks up to me more than I look up to her. Am I just over reacting.. or wat? I dont know wat to do to help her.. No matter wat I say she wont listen.

First off the not saving money and partying is like alot of 21 yr olds and of course she wont listen to you, your a child and at 21 didn't you know they know EVERYTHING. Furthermore if she is in fact dating a 15 yr old boy report her to the police she's a pedophile

You're not overreacting.
Maybe you should ask her what she wants to do with her life and help her plan something out. She can't live at home forever. When she has her own bills to pay, she won't be partying all the time.
This is really your parents job. You sound very mature, but this is not your fight. She does need to stop dating YOUR friends/exes and find someone her own age.

i have a older brother and he partyed alot didnt have much money its kind of the thing u do when u get out of high school she should just make sure to get a better job and evently think straight but about the dating younger guy think yea she shouldnt date people alot younger than her probably any1 out of high school should be a better range just let her know how u feel and than shun her from u

No, you are not over-reacting. Sounds like your sis is really inmature. Sounds sick for a 21 year old to go out with a 15 year old. In most states this is ILLEGAL! I'd be careful. Talk with your folks quickly.
