Just ask her if she wants to go out. Ask her what she likes to do ... like a movie or whatever and plan around it. As far as "what you should be doing while you ask her out".... Not sure what you mean. Smile, look her in the eyes and ask her out. If she is interested, it will be yes! If not, life does go on. Good luck!

Just ask her to take a walk with you and ask her if she would like to hang out sometime- if she says yes- then ask her on a date!! Make sure that she likes you first or that could hurt your ego!
