I'm 18 years old and everytime my girlfriend and I lay on the couch or kiss and have intimate contact, I get an erection. I try to control myself, but I find it impossible sometimes. I get embarrassed about it and try to hide it from her as best as possible. Sometimes it's even to the point where I get one when I hold her hand or when we hug. I just feel like it's excessive.
We are not at a point where we can express ourselves through touching or intercourse. Often by the end of the night, I have unbelievable blue balls.
Is it normal to have these erection so often and so easily? And, are there any methods that any men can give me to try and control myself? I would just like to lay on the couch with my girlfriend without having to worry about hiding my erection.

Yes it is normal. I am a woman, but I am EASILY aroused. Luckily for women, you can't tell outwardly cuz we don't have erections.
You may need to masturbate more. If you are not into that, you have to reprogram yourself to think different thoughts when you are close to her.

I can give advice from a chicks point of view... don't worry so much about it, it is natural. Just think of it this way, you really like her and it is a compliment to her.
But when a guy does have that happen to them all the time like that make sure that you don't hug too closely and also wear jeans(they make it harder to notice. I have a bf who has a similar situation).

dont worry about it. its completely normal. she should take it as a compliment;) try telling her about it so she knows and you dont have to hide it or be embarassed. just let her know and she'll understand.

try talking 2 her and think about what ur talking about or just try 2 think about something else
