now im advised completion time for an ark is 40 days AND nights.now this is very distressing news. is there anyone out there,would be willing to give him a hand to try and break the biblical record? or at least equal it.

How long did it take Noah to build the ark? The Bible does not specifically say how long it took Noah to build the ark. When Noah is first mentioned in Genesis 5:32, he was 500 years old. When Noah entered the ark, he was 600 years old. The time it took to build the ark would depend on how much time had passed between Genesis 5:32 and the time that God commanded Noah to build the ark (Genesis 6:14-21). At the absolute most, it took 100 years.
How long was Noah on the ark? Noah entered the ark in the 600th year of his life, on the 17th day of the 2nd month (Genesis 7:11-13). Noah left the ark on the 27th day of the 2nd month of the following year (Genesis 8:14-15). Therefore, assuming a lunar calendar of 360 days, Noah was on the ark for approximately 370 days
Now most people say it rained 40 days and 40 nights.. But that does not mean he was on the Ark only 41 days...
So why is this man wanting to build one in 40 days.

OK but were gonna need a few helpers.
Let's start with some planning:
1. How many people do we need to scour the earth and round up at least a pair of each of the 15 billion species that have ever lived?
2. How long would it take for them to do it?
3. How long would it take to get them all on the boat?
4. How big would that boat need to be?
5. How much food would they need to last a year?
core, this is one hell of a project!

thats a good question... but i dont think you will find the answer on yahoo-try looking were you wouldnt usually or were you least expect and then you'll find the answer gud luck!
