Things will work out as they're meant to be. Is it saying it will work as it's meant to. Or that it will work out because it's meant to be? Do u get it?

I believe everything happens for a reason and if it is meant to be, then it will be. I also believe tho, that you can change your destiny for want of a better word. most things are meant to be...for some reason or another. But I used to believe that you are never given anything you are not strong enough to handle. Confusing? YEP.

it's saying situations in our life will work out b/c our lives have already been pre planned out by God so even when you think it is the end and there is nothing else you can do..you hit rock bottom something or someone comes along and picks you up and every end in life is just a new beginning. if that makes any sense?

Here's my interpretation:

If things are meant to work out, they will.

(I don't buy it though, cause I think you create your own destiny)

When you ended the sentence with to, you implied the word be. Actually using the word to at the end of the sentence is incorrect grammar. Sentences should not end with prepositions.
