I own 3 acres of land that I built a house on . I would like to know if I can take the price of the ATV off my property taxes

To my knowledge, the only way you can write an atv off is to show you are working it on a farm!

the atv if anything would devalue you property from erosion effects and tore up land. other than that your atv will not actually change the value of the property and house.
