Bad? Says who? Sex is like a bridge game; if you have a good hand no partner is needed and the good thing about masturbation is that you don't have to dress up for it. Don't knock masturbation, it's sex with someone you love and it takes place with just one consenting adult. But, if you don't enjoy masturbation, you only have yourself to blame. It is probably against your religion...I don't know because I'm not a Christian. Christianity pretty much outlaws anything that will make you feel pleasure. They want you to be guiltful drones.
Masturbate all you want. If it is a sin to please yourself, and make yourself happy, then why be a part of that religion?
